This Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on the HouseMate website. For personal data processing in the app and service, see the Privacy Policy.

1. Current website status

At the date of this draft, the public HouseMate website is designed as a static website and does not appear to integrate profiling cookies, advertising pixels, analytics tools, localStorage, sessionStorage or third-party marketing tracking scripts.

Fonts are self-hosted and site scripts only support interface animations and interactions. The contact form, unless connected to an external backend, is only a user interface and does not submit data.

2. Technical cookies

The website may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for technical operation, security, navigation or services activated in the future. These tools do not require prior consent when they are necessary to provide a service requested by the user.

3. Analytics and marketing cookies

No analytics or marketing cookies are currently declared on the website. If tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, heatmaps, advertising, affiliate tracking or non-anonymized analytics are added in the future, HouseMate will update this Cookie Policy and, where required, display a consent banner before activation.

4. Future third-party services

If the contact form or other website features are connected to external providers, those providers may process technical data or set their own technologies. In that case we will update this policy with provider, purpose, duration and consent-management details.

5. Mobile app local technologies

The HouseMate app may use session tokens, secure storage, cache, local preferences or equivalent technologies required for login, security and operation. These are not browser cookies on the website, but are covered by the Privacy Policy where they involve personal data processing.

6. Browser controls

You can configure your browser to block, delete or restrict cookies. Disabling technical cookies may affect some functions of websites that use them.
